FOUNDER AND Director
Kimberley Britt
Kimberley Britt founded Ardor People after more than a decade recruiting for major transformation programs across ASX-listed, FTSE 250 and Fortune 500 organisations. She has led placements across complex ERP implementations, enterprise PMO buildouts, and large-scale change programs, and brings genuine first-hand understanding of what good transformation talent looks like in practice.
Kimberley’s approach is consultative and relationship-driven. She partners closely with clients to understand not just the role, but the program context, the team dynamics, and the strategic outcome they are working toward. Her candidates trust her because she is direct, selective about who she represents, and invested in long-term outcomes rather than short-term placements.
